CLI European Leadership Retreat

Each year a small select group of clients are invited to participate in a leadership retreat somewhere in Europe for a week of fun, learning and more fun. The 2008 Caruso European Leadership Retreat was hosted in a 1,000 year old Italian castle, Castello di Todi, located on five acres in the beautiful Tuscan hills near the town of Todi in Umbria. Surrounded by the history of the Roman Empire, the food and culture of Italy, and the company of peers, friends, and colleagues, a small group of senior business executives share their thoughts and insights on the impact and opportunity provided by their time with Joe Caruso as a mentor, coach, and advisor in the video above.
